Scientific Studies Backing Penis Extenders

Penis extenders are designed using traction, which has been in practice since in ancient times. Today, the principle of traction is widely used in medical science and industrial technology. The following supports the idea of traction in enlarging a penis.

Studies in Italy

In March 2009, The British Journal of Urology published a study conducted on penis extenders. The researchers, mostly from San Giovanni Battista Hospital of the University of Turin in Italy, found promising results among 16 men aged 47 on average.

These 16 men participated in a 12-month long study in which, from four to six hours in a day, they were required to wear the traction penis extenders. After 12 months, men’s penis measured 9.45 centimeters long or an increase of 32% at flaccid state. When stretched, their penis measured an average length of 11.32 centimeters long or an increase of 18% at the baseline.

The study also suggested that wearing the penile extender each day for the next six months can result in up to 32 per cent increase in length when a penis is at flaccid state. Their erection ability also reported an increase of up to 36 per cent. Conclusively, penis traction devices like SizeGenetics can deliver permanent and substantial results without the risks associated with other methods.

Study in Scandinavian Countries

In Copenhagen, a separate study has been conducted at the Scandinavian Clinic of Plastic Surgery to determine the ability of a penis extender in enlarging the penis. The results of the study were presented on April 6-8, 1998 during the first International Interdisciplinary Symposium on Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery.

18 patients aged 23 to 47 participated in the study. They were required to wear penis extenders for 12 hours in a day for 8-24 consecutive weeks. The study concluded with two inches increase in length on average on the fourth month. Researchers also recorded that on average, men experienced a weekly 1.9 millimeter increase in length.

Study in Canada

The Canadian Journal of Phalloplasty conducted its own study on traction devices. It published a result of a penis increase between 32 and 36 percent. The interesting part is while men experienced 32 percent increase in length during flaccid and erect state, another 36 percent increase in girth has been recorded. Participants were required to wear the traction device between 6 and 8 hours every day for five months. The erection strength in penis reported an increase by 36 per cent as well. Overall, the results were permanent.

In lieu of the above studies, researchers concluded that indeed, penis traction devices like SizeGenetics extenders are effective in enlarging the penis both in girth and in length. These devices are more recommended than surgery.
